Virtual Assistants

On-Demand Virtual Assistance
Better known as Virtual Assistants, the role of an online secretary is among the fastest developing areas of professional services. The ease of hiring an online assistant and the variety of services made available by these professionals are to some extent the leading reason why numerous entrepreneurs and private individuals work with an Internet based secretary to help support their initiatives or to just simply give them additional time to concentrate on more crucial or stimulating facets of their venture or personal life.
The job filled by an online secretary can go far beyond the stereotypical word-processing and file management assistant. The Internet and sort of business that can be conducted via the Internet today has broadened the breadth and fields of participation that virtual secretaries are capable of supporting. Some of the most popular categories where they're able to support and render services are:
- Administrative
- Marketing
- Designers
- Legal
- Medical
- Finance
- Consulting
- Concierge
Typically, Web based secretaries originate from one of three backgrounds - they have either, 1. spent time professionally within a standard "brick and mortar" organization; 2. have entered the labor force directly as a freelancer; or, 3. had a career change and now supply services based mostly on their business / professional experience. As expected, the level of expertise will differ far and wide based on the individual's time spent within a secretarial role, online or not, and if they have had any professional training (ie. certification, degree, etc.) or have taken proficiency exams to offer a boss more understanding into their capability for accomplishing a project / task.
One versatile role some online secretaries make available is that of concierge. This virtual assistant will handle a variety of miscellaneous personal tasks, such as:
- Looking into potential locations for your son's commencement bash.
- Making certain your dry cleaning is picked up and delivered.
- Taking on calls from telemarketers.
- Making sure that your own personal bills are paid promptly.
- Shopping for that nearly impossible to find toy for your 5-year old's birthday.
- Arranging reservations at a bistro for your anniversary that you forgot about.
In the event you opt to use online secretary, you can pick from any number of freelance Networks (in which particular case you employ the service of the person directly) or virtual assistant services (who manage a team of online secretaries any one of whom could be allocated to your account or job). The expense of using either of these sources range widely depending on the project / task involved and also what part of the world the virtual assistant is working. Generally, services are less expensive when the online secretary lives and works in a developing country (ex., Philippines) as opposed to a developed country. You by and large get what you pay for when it comes to virtual secretaries - so knowing when a lower-cost alternative is better than service at a premium will help in keeping costs down while spending more in areas that demand it.
In the foreseeable future, the Internet based secretary will continue to provide valuable assistance for business as well as personal use. As you can see, the usefulness of the online secretary allows you to get more things accomplished and potentially faster than doing it yourself.

Tribes Can Increase Your Blog Traffic Enormously

Few months back I decided to take running a blog a little more seriously. I had some tips which I wanted to spread around and made up my mind that, to start a web log, was the ideal way to do that. Does this sound familiar to some people?
Only trouble was... I did not know how.
And so, I scoured the net to learn enough to set up a blog site. I took four weeks but at last I succeeded.
Now, everyone could learn some tips from what I wanted to pass on and, given that my information relates to money advice, I was thinking it was a good idea for me to make money at the same time.
I became busy... and through the following week or so I published 5 articles to my blog. I put my finest info in them, and they were very valuable for people. I was delighted and I felt like I had achieved a large amount without any help.
Next all I had to do was wait for some site visitors...
I continued to wait for the targeted traffic to appear, write a few comments and invest in my goods, alas... you suspected it.. not a soul arrived. No-one wrote comments and nobody ordered my items. I got hurt. I felt upset, frustrated and rejected. I had pretty much given away my best articles but not a soul cared.
There looked like there was a learning curve I was forced to face.
I could build the most beneficial website on the planet, nevertheless, unless there were comments and visitors it was simply a waste of my own time and talent.
I thought about the situation for a short time and remembered a close friend of mine who was a recognized blog writer. I was thinking that maybe he knew a secret so I asked him how I would be able to be in contact with folk to help me publicize my blogging site. This might encourage some wonderful blog comments and I might actually generate some money as a result.
He asked me whether or not I had heard about Tribes... (I had not).
He then proceeded to tell me that he was receiving anything between 9 and 67 comments on each and every blog post that he published, by simply working together with a few like-minded bloggers, who wanted the exact same as he did.
He highly recommended that I looked into the Tribe Syndication Association (TSA), TSA Mastery and the 3 Step Syndication System and since that day my web site proceeded to go from strength to strength.
Their 3 Step Syndication System is actually a 3 phase method of getting a >strong>boost in traffic, a lot more comments and meeting a lot of people. Here are their 3 steps:
  • Connect
  • Comment
  • Share
The connect phase encourages me to become friendly with other blog owners who are in the very same situation that I am. I no more feel lonely working at my pc at home. I just write a constructive comment on all the other websites in my team of 10 blog writers. Then they do the same for mine so my comments increase, which means that the website becomes popular. The people in each team changes every week.
And finally, we all share each other's posts on the internet which results in brand new people arriving at my site every single day from Google, Twitter, Facebook and other similar sites.
It is a wonderful plan and is effective... however I am not going into all the details here since Dave, Dawn, Kim and Gavin do an amazing job of describing the way it all operates.
When you would like to read more about tribes, and also just how and exactly why they work so effectively, they have set up a 90 minute recording of a 'special' online seminar they managed for their members a short time ago. My strong suggestion is for you to head over there right away, check out the video and then submit your information.
The TSA has surely educated me a lot about the operation of the online world. I see things rather differently now and hope that I can work with you in that online community.

My name is Trevor Barrett and with the way that the economy is today I have had to become the money advice expert for our family and would like to share some ideas that I have found.
One thing that I discovered is that tribes will me more traffic to spread my messages. You can read more about our 3 step syndication system if you want to share your interests with more people.

This article of   Barrett is a good guide for us bloggers especially like me that my blog is crawling slowly. Has not yet know to others. Lets try it. service and money

Financial Security

Money is an spiritual issue not just temporal. Money is wealth and to anyone who has prosper has money little or big. To anyone who fells rich and has money must not put his hope in the “uncertainty of riches but to put trust in God who richly provides us with all things to enjoy”. Trust and believe that you are blessed.

5 Things You May Not Know About Sending Email C Campaigns

By Jessica Kupferman

You have a mailing list of eager readers. You have a subscription to Constant Contact or some other mailing service. You have a designer, or a drag-and-drop template. You're all set, right?

Maybe not.

Below are some insider tips and tricks that will basically give anyone enough knowledge about emailing to be dangerous. In the 2 years I was in charge of the Subaru outbound email communications, I read everything I could about spam, email best practices, and getting people to read the emails I designed. I think the below are things that can help anyone improve their email campaigns.

1. Did you know that you should never use "noreply@" as your reply-to address when sending a mass email. Many of the email hosts like Hotmail, Yahoo, Google, etc. will see that and mark your email as spam right away. Using "info@" can be just as bad sometimes. To be safe, use something like "yourbusiness@yourbusiness.com" or "service@yourbusiness.com." Similarly, you should never use your personal email address to send emails either. In the off chance that someone decides to mark that email as spam, YOUR email address will be wearing that scarlet letter - and possibly, it will be very difficult to send to your friends at the email clients who've marked you.

2. Did you know that certain words will make your email more likely to get dumped in the spam folder? Take caution not to use these words, if you can help it and your emails have a much higher chance of being delivered. Read a great list of those words here, in 105 Spam Trigger Words & Phrases That Will Kill Your E-Mail Campaign.

3. Did you know that you're not married to the templates that services like Constant Contact and MailChimp provide? You do have the option to upload your own HTML and images, and therefore you can create your own email exactly the way you want it to look! Of course, if you're not a designer, you'll probably need one to do it. (hint hint)

4. Did you know that when looking at your email stats, the "open rate" isn't really accurate? This is because most people using Outlook can already see the email without having to click to open it. So if your email has a low open rate, that doesn't necessarily mean it wasn't a successful email. Take more notice to the clicks within the email, if people are clicking on links to learn more, or visit your website/Facebook/Twitter page. That's a much better measurement than whether or not it's been opened.

5. Did you know that the day and time of day you send your emails make a difference? Sending your emails on the right day, or even at the right time, will definitely bump your chances of being read. Many companies schedule their emails for 3 or 4:00 a.m., thinking they'll be the first in the inbox. But actually, most people read the most recent first - so by the time people get into work, around 8 or 9, that email will be at the bottom of the pile. Why not send the email when people are sitting at their desks? Or, if you want to send to people at home, 6pm probably isn't the right time. Most people check email after dinner, cleanup, etc. You want to get people when they're paying attention, right?

Hopefully some of the above are things you didn't know before - and you can keep them in mind next time you're executing a campaign. Are there any email tricks you've learned along the way, or questions you have about how to get better click rates?
