What is Happening to Adsense Now?

For the several months now I have observed  that there are good things happened to Google Adsense. I don't just feel it, but I experience it. My earnings are moving up. Thanks to GA. They have now new ad unit. It has a size of 300x600 pixels. Wow! It is half page unit. Google described it as " brand friendly" ad unit.
Congratulations Google for providing us this new unit.
